The first renovation was completed in 2010 and was done with a proposed double skin louvered façade which mimics the pixelated sky. Second renovation was completed in 2023 with an additional 6th floor apartment lounge & a total façade facelift with a curtain wall system to optimize daylight experience & a more energy efficient with the building.
