HQ Colombo is a 10 storey office building. The project brief included an exterior facelift, interior design as well as resolving the multiple technical issues the building had faced over the year, with limited with poor light and air circulation. SMA used modern minimalistic approach to shape spacious highly desirable interiors as well as created a modern outlook with energy efficient glass façade and lighting.
