SLIIT campus is located in the city of Malabe on a 25-acre land. The initial master plan consists of 3 building blocks. The complex consists for auditorium, administration (six storey) and academic (ten storey) buildings. The central academic block is a 10 storeyed structure, specifically designed for computer laboratories, lecture halls, canteen and common areas. It has received ICTAD construction excellence award in 2001.
