A garment production campus for Orit Apparels Lanka in the Seethawaka export processing zone. The brief called for large clear-span production floors, generous daylight without solar gain, and welfare spaces that treat the workforce as the heart of the plan rather than an afterthought.

Long north-lit roof monitors wash the production floors with even, glare-free daylight, while deep overhangs and ventilated wall cavities temper the lowland climate. Canteen, medical and rest facilities open onto shaded courtyards, and the landscape strategy returns storm water to the site. (narrative is placeholder copy for the mock.)
