The renovation of this 14-storeyed headquarters for Sri Lanka Insurance Corporation included a structural, HVAC, MEP and façade redesign. The design was focused on upgrading the working areas to meet modern standards of efficiency, innovation and ergonomics, and reconfiguring client-and-customer serving spaces to reflect the forward-thinking ethos of the company. The design approach to the new façade is inspired by the contemporary Sri Lankan zeitgeist.
